Regular Meeting with Personnel and Inmates
As the warden of the Laoag City Jail, he conducts jail information and education among personnel. During their regular meetings, he also discusses new policies and procedures from the Bureau.
The warden is concerned with the welafre and development of the inmates and as such, he conducts regular dialogue among inmates.
