New year's Call and 1st Management Conference 2011
The City Jail Warden attended the recently held New Year's Call and Management Conference 2011 at the Regional Office, San Fernando City, La Union. Attending the event were no less than the Regional Director himself J/SSUPT Emilio C Culang and all the wardens of Region 1 including their spouses. During the event, the City Jail Warden delivered his briefing on the Significant Accomplishments and Best Practices of Laoag City Jail since he assumed his post.
