Reaching Out: A Post Father's Day Celebration
The Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag Batch 1986 headed by ABC President Hon. Chevylle V. Fariñas conducted various charity program inside the Laoag City Jail. These include medical and dental mission, feeding program, goods distribution like slippers, shirts canned goods and toiletries, free haircutting and film viewing.
