City Jail Wardens Attends Launching of Justice on Wheels at INPJ
J/SINSP Roque Constantino A Sison III attended the launching of the Justice on Wheels and the Increasing Access to Justice by the Poor Program of the Supreme Court at the Ilocos Norte Provincial Jail. The Guest of Honor and Speaker during the program was Hon. Nimfa Cuesta-Vilches, the Deputy Court Administrator and Vice Chairperson of the Enhanced Justice on Wheels (EJOW) Program. Several city officials headed by Hon. Vice Mayor Edward P. Domingo attended the said event. Also present were personnel of the Laoag City Jail and several inmates who participated in the EJOW Hearings conducted at the provincial jail after the launching program.
