NWU Donates T-shirts to LCJ
Professors from the College of Criminal Justice Education of Northwestern University, Laoag City headed by Professor Winston Flores visited Laoag City Jail to hand over the Certificate of Appreciation to BJMP Laoag to the City Jail Warden and donated additional fifty t-shirts for inmates' use. 'BJMP Detainee/Laoag City Jail' were eventually printed on the shirts.
