Rotarians of Laoag Visit On-going Construction of Waiting Shed
Rotary Club of Laoag Treasurer and past President, Dr. Ramosito Bernabe and past President, Dr. Joseph Adaya, visited the on-going construction of the visitor's waiting shed infront of the Laoag City Jail. The waiting shed is another project initiated by the city jail warden J/SINSP Roque Constantino A Sison III in continuously transforming Laoag City Jail.
