Laoag City Jail Awarded as Best City Jail in Region1
Laoag City Jail under the wardenship of JSINSP ROQUE CONSTANTINO A SISON III was awarded as the Best City Jail for Region1 for the second year in a row in recognition of its distinguished and unprecedented transformation and development that made it the top choice for the award. The CJW received the award during the 20th Regional Anniversary celebration of BJMP held on 29 July 2011 at Hotel Ariana, Bauang, La Union.
