LC Mayor Receives Special Award from BJMPRO1
Laoag City Mayor HON. MICHAEL V. FARIÑAS was given a special recognition award from BJMPRO1 for his continuous support for the transformation and development of Laoag City Jail. The award was received by his Executive Assistant, Mr. Raul Umingan during the 20th Regional Anniversary of BJMP held on 29 July 2011 at Hotel Ariana, Bauang, La Union.
