Christmas 2011 - Family Day
In celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, December 25 was declared as Family Day at the Laoag City Jail. The CJW through the Inmates Welfare and Development Officer conducted various activities for the inmates and their families to make the celebration more meaningful.
