Turn-over of Command
J/SINSP ROQUE CONSTANTINO A SISON III formally relinquished his post as City Jail Warden of Laoag City Jail on 29 December 2011 and turned-over the command to J/SINSP HERMINIGLDO B RIVERA, the newly designated Officer-in-Charge of Laoag City Jail.
Rivera is also the concurrent Provincial Administrator of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology - Ilocos Norte.
