Courtesy Call, Flag Raising Ceremony and Blessing of Prisoner's Van
The warden of the Laoag City Jail JS/INSP Roque Constantino A Sison III had a courtesy call from the City Mayor, Hon.Michael V. Fariñas. The warden also attended the flag raising ceremonies in front of the City Hall for the first working day of the newly elected officials.
It was in this occasion that the Laoag City Jail was issued with a City Government Van from the city government and a prisoner's van issued by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology National Office.
Among the key city officials present during the ceremonies were the Hon. Mayor Michael V. Fariñas, Hon. Chevyle Fariñas, Hon.Vice Mayor Edward Domingo, City Councilor Derek Lao, City Councilor Nicolas, City Warden, City Accountant and other Department heads and the officiating priests, Rev.Fr.Albano of St. William Cathedral,Laoag City.
