What an honor to have been visited for the first time by no less than the Deputy Chief for Operations of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, CSUPT DORIS R DORIGO, CESO V. The Laoag City Jail headed by SINSP Roque Constantino A Sison III was elated with the visit.
The Deputy Chief went over and inspected the different facilities of the city jail and also the situation of the inmates.
