On-Going Completion of the Vertical Expansion of the Unelevated Portion of the Perimeter Wall
The construction for the completion of the unelevated portion of the jail's perimeter wall on the eastern side has started with the help of skilled inmates of LCJ. The said project was initiated by the City Jail Warden, J/SINSP Roque Constantino A Sison III through the support of the City Government of Laoag thru Hon. City Mayor Michael V. Fariñas. Upon completion of the vertical expansion of the perimeter wall, construction of a whole basketball area will also commence.
