CHR Visits Laoag City Jail
The OIC Regional HR Director of the Commission on Human Rights, Region 1, Atty. Romel P. Daguimol, together with some special investigators visited Laoag City Jail, inspected the different facilities and conducted inmates' profiling and other related concerns.
