Fr. Frank Taeza Celebrates Holy Mass at LCJ
Fr. Frank Taeza celebrated the Holy Mass at the Laoag City Jail with LCJ inmates, the City Jail Warden and some personnel. The mass was his first for 2011. Before the mass, Fr. Taeza conducted Moral Recovery Program for the inmates.
