BJMP Laoag City Jail

City Jail Warden J/SINSP HERMINIGILDO B RIVERA recently conducted his regular Jail Information and Education among LCJ personnel. During the meeting, the warden discussed the different contingency plans of the jail on natural and man-made disasters, the different tasking of the personnel during the time of crises and other scenarios during emergency situations.
