Trainers Training on Lantern Making - Graduation
The City Vice Mayor Hon Edward P. Domingo was the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Graduation Exercises of the participants in the recently concluded Trainers Training on Lantern Making. The City Jail Warden welcomed the guests and all the participants in this first ever trainers training conducted inside the jail. Also present were Mr. Raul D. Umengan, the Executive Assistant of the City Mayor and the City Social Welfare and Development Officer Mrs. Aurora M. Corpuz. An inmate of the Laoag City Jail garnered the first and third places while the trainer from the CSWD Office placed second.
