Visit of BJMP NCR Director, CSUPT SERAFIN P BARRETTO, JR.
CSUPT SERAFIN P BARRETTO, JR., the Regional Director for NCR of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology came to visit Laoag City Jail for the first time.
The visit was also in line with the 9th Career Executive Service Conference held at Fort Ilocandia Hotel.

Although a brief one, the visit was a success on the part of Laoag City Jail under SINSP Roque Constantino A Sision III because even though Laoag City Jail is not directly under BJMP NCR, it was such an honor to be visited by the Director.
