Visit of the NEW BJMPRO1 Regional Director, SSUPT EMILIO C CULANG, JR
It is indeed and honor for the Laoag City Jail to be visited for the first time by the new Regional Director of BJMP Regional Office 1, J/SSUPT EMILIO C CULANG, JR.
During the visit, the new Regional Director toured the different facilities of the city jail and took time in talking with the inmates. Laoag City Jail Warden J/SINSP Roque Constantino A Sison III proudly accompanied the new Regional Director and mentioned in between talks the transformation of the city jail.
