A Birthday Blessing
To some, having a birthday means celebrating it in the grandest and most extravagant possible way. Mrs. Milenda Frez Lucas is one of the few exceptions. Instead of celebrating her birthday with a lavish party, she spent her special day with the inmates of the Laoag City Jail and their families through a simple program, gift-giving and a delectable lunch.
According to her, there is nothing more special than sharing her blessings with the less fortunate especially to persons deprived of liberty.
