The City Jail Warden J/SINSP HERMINIGILDO B RIVERA recently conducted his regular Personnel Information and Education among the personnel of the Laoag City Jail.
What is interesting about this meeting was that, there are seven (7) new jail officers who were recently assigned in the jail.
