LCJ Female Inmates in Action
Female inmates of the Laoag City Jail took time in cleaning the surroundings of the jail. This is a part of the "My LCJ: A Home Away from Home" program of the Laoag City Jail where it aims to continuously implement programs that would create and maintain a homey atmosphere inside the jail.
